Grassroot Recovery

Brand Identity

Grassroot Recovery is a sober living organization for men aged 18-40 on the Upper East Side of New York City. Built on a personalized, community-first model, it offers more than structure recovery — a genuine place to belong.

Working with founders Henry and Jack Grass, we developed a brand identity from the ground up. The concept is centered on the home: the organizing idea, the place clients return to, the foundation everything grows from. The primary mark embeds the “G” within an arched doorway representing an entry into a new stage, a threshold, and a nod to the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. The system extends to address-specific marks for each location and a color palette that feels warm and lived in.
